WindowsLocalToUTC

WindowsLocalToUTC — converts a local Windows time into UTC.

Syntax

WindowsLocalToUTC (wdate, offsetsecs)

Arguments

wdate

The date, in Windows time.

offsetsecs

The offset between local time and UTC, in seconds.

Returns

A UTC time.
