Protocol to Distribute OPC DataHub in India

Georgetown, Ontario (April 5, 2007) Cogent Real-Time Systems welcomes Protocol Automation Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to provide sales and technical support for Cogent's OPC DataHub and related software. Protocol provides OPC-based factory automation solutions throughout India and in the Middle East.

The OPC DataHub is a single tool for OPC-based process data integration. An engineer can use it to aggregate OPC servers, tunnel data across a network or the Internet, and bridge between different OPC servers. Management can configure the DataHub to access live OPC data from Excel, a web browser, or cell phone, as well as store the data in any ODBC-compliant database.
