OPC DataHub Attracts New Distributor in Brazil
Exata Sistemas of São Paulo to complement their
product line with the OPC DataHub.
Georgetown, Ontario (August 10, 2009) Cogent Real-Time Systems announces an agreement
with Exata Sistemas de Automação Ltda in São Paulo, Brazil, to
provide sales and support for the OPC DataHub. Active in
automation and control for over 25 years, Exata Sistemas sees
the OPC DataHub fitting in well with their existing product
line.
"We are getting more and more requests for real-time data
integration" said Murilo Bevilaqua, Director of Exata. "The OPC
DataHub provides the best technology we have seen for connecting
OPC servers, networking OPC, and making the data available to
the engineers and managers who need it."
"We are looking forward to working with Exata," said
Andrew Thomas. "There is substantial demand for high-quality
data communication software in Brazil, and we are confident that
Exata will find many opportunities to apply the OPC DataHub to
meet this growing need."
The OPC DataHub gives quick, reliable, and secure access
to valuable information direct from the factory floor. It is an
integrated tool that can present live process data directly on
an engineer's or manager's desk in a form most suitable:
database, spreadsheet, or web page. It provides OPC tunnelling,
bridging, and aggregation, and has a free API to support
virtually any type of OPC connectivity required.
