include
include — reads and processes commands in a file.
Synopsis
(include filename)
Parameters
- filename
The name of a file containing valid Cascade Historian
commands.
Returns
t (true) if
successful, otherwise (error).
Description
This command reads and processes
the commands in the file filename. This can
be done within a configuration file at startup (by using the
-f command line option), or at any time the
Cascade Historian is running. Processing of the file terminates when an
error is encountered; and if the file is being included as part of
the initial configuration, any error will cause the historian itself
to terminate as well.
