Problem:

Cascade Connect returns many Not Processed DDE errors.

Cause:

A point is being delivered to a DDE client, but the client does not wish to process it. Cascade Connect delivers all datahub points to its client along with the special points tcp_link_up and db_name_up. If the client (such as Excel or InTouch) is not configured to process the point, then a Not Processed error will occur.

Solution:

Either configure your client to process the named point, or ignore the error message. This message is reported in order to alert you to the possibility of a misspelled point or a forgotten point in your application.
